Landlord Gas Certificate

Landlords have specific legal responsibilities to their tenants when it comes to gas safety. As well as safe and proper maintenance, a 12 monthly gas safety check must be carried out on every gas appliance/flue. A gas safety check will make sure gas fittings and appliances are safe to use.

Gas Safety Certificate

All gas appliances should be installed and checked by a professional. When a new appliance is installed or is being maintainedin your home, a Gas Safety Certificate should be issued to ensure that everything is in good, safe working order

Service and Maintenance Certificate

We offer service and maintenance certificates for your gas appliances to certify that the appliance is being properly serviced and maintained. This may be for regulatory or insurance purposes

Warning Notice Certificate

If a gas appliance suspected as not safe, we can inspect the appliance and if found to be faulty or dangerous, can issue a Warning Notice Certificate to declare the appliance as unsafe and not to be used.

Building Regs Certificate

For any gas works that must comply with Building Regulations, we can carry out an assessment, issue a Building Regs Certificate and register the works with the local council that the work under taken is Gas Safe Engineer certified
